Qualifikationen

• Three years of social services experience with interviewing, counseling, or crisis intervention.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Psychology, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Provide case management to homeless adults in a 1-year work-training program.
• Build and maintain a caseload of 25–35 adults per year.
• Develop treatment plans and address barriers to housing; connect to resources.
• Complete documentation and grant reporting; keep data current in the system.
• Transport participants to appointments and provide counseling.
• Conduct assessments to determine programming needs.
