Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Social Services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; organized.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client cases from intake to move-out.
• Complete assessments and collect required documents.
• Maintain accurate case notes and progress reports.
• Collaborate with Housing Specialist to develop exit strategies and ILP plans.
