Qualifications

• Prior case management experience preferred.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Monitoring and reassessing program service plans.
• Having knowledge of available services for older Vermonters.
• Assisting to gain access to existing services such as public benefits.
