A Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, special education, nursing, gerontology, counseling, rehabilitation, or another human services field, or
A Bachelor's degree in an unrelated fieldanda minimum of one year of direct experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, or two years experience working with the aging population.
A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
The ability to pass thorough background screens
Designated home office setting with computer, internet service, and smart phone
