Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Associate degree in a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and tech-savvy skills.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license, TB skin test, and ability to pass background check.
• Must pass typing assessment at 40 WPM.
• Comfortable assisting with hygiene and personal care tasks.
• Knowledge of Title 17 and Title 22.
• Ability to speak a second language is a plus.
