Job summary

LHH is hiring a Case Manager to empower adults with developmental disabilities by designing and implementing personalized programs that promote independence and growth. You will collaborate with a dedicated team, support participants in setting and reaching meaningful goals, and help them celebrate milestones along the way.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Associate degree in a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and tech-savvy skills.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license, TB skin test, and ability to pass background check.
• Must pass typing assessment at 40 WPM.
• Comfortable assisting with hygiene and personal care tasks.
• Knowledge of Title 17 and Title 22.
• Ability to speak a second language is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Associate degree in a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and tech-savvy skills.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license, TB skin test, and ability to pass background check.
• Must pass typing assessment 40 WPM.
• Comfort and willingness to assist with hygiene and personal care tasks.
• Knowledge of Title 17 and Title 22.
• Able to speak a second language, is definite plus, but not required
