City Net, a nonprofit focused on housing and supportive services, seeks a full‑time Case Manager for Employment Navigation. The role includes coordinating first‑level case management, connecting clients exiting homelessness to meaningful employment, housing, and supportive services.

You will work in a team, drive regionally in a company vehicle, and schedule is 5/8s, Monday–Friday. The position emphasizes data collection, reporting, and building strong community partnerships to achieve permanent

Qualifications

• Must provide career counseling, resume assistance, and interview training to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community employers to maximize job opportunities.
• Conduct job development and job search activities tailored to each client’s interests and needs.
• Provide individualized follow‑along support to help clients maintain employment and create job support plans.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle and meet insurance requirements (age, license, MVR).
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
