The Salvation Army in Jamestown is seeking a Full Time Case Manager for the Anew Center Team to support domestic violence, rape crisis, and housing services in Chautauqua County. This role involves direct client support, advocacy, and collaboration with community partners.

Based at the South or North County Office, the position requires training completion, documentation, and regular attendance at staff meetings to ensure high-quality, confidential client care.

Qualifications

• Sexual assault training to become a certified rape crisis counselor.
• Computer/typing skills to complete statistics, maintain case files, and correspond via email.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to climb stairs and carry supplies in the building.
• Must have a valid driver’s license that meets insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management services for domestic violence, rape crisis, and sexual assault programs.
• Assist clients with accessing housing, resources, and self-sufficiency goals.
• Maintain accurate records and submit reports to program funders.
• Provide counseling and advocacy in medical, legal, housing and education contexts.
• Coordinate shelter-related activities and participate in community meetings as needed.
• Attend trainings to maintain certified counselor status and act as a mandated reporter.
