Merakey is seeking a full-time Case Manager to join the Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team in Huntingdon, PA. You will assess, plan, and transfer recovery skills and support plans for adults and youth with mental health diagnoses or autism, delivering intensive therapeutic services across settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
• Experience in the behavioral health field is preferred.
• Valid PA driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive therapeutic services across settings in collaboration with the treatment team.
