We are seeking a Case Manager to assist with all clinical scheduling needs for our Okatie, SC patients.

This position will be working in the Okatie office daily. It is a full-time, salaried position, working 8 hours a day (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday.

Your Health is looking for a Case Manager to join our urgent care team. The role involves ensuring a smooth registration process for new patients and scheduling appointments efficiently for both new and existing patients. The Case Manager will coordinate appointments between patients and healthcare providers, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional customer service, all in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare is preferred.
• Preferred certifications include CMA, LPN, or RN.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, especially in scheduling or administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
