Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields.
• One year experience in child welfare/residential and/or adolescents in a social service setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a case load in accordance with agency policies and licensing standards, ensuring weekly contact with children and families and planning for family reunification.
• Complete documentation of client progress within required timeframes and maintain accurate records.
• Lead the weekly treatment team meetings and provide recommendations on cases in caseload.
• Maintain professional communication with the treatment team and external entities (funders, licensing, government officials, schools, medical providers).
• Establish and maintain case management databases and ensure timely data entry and compliance with policies.
