Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in mental health field required.
• Licensed by the State of Texas in good standing (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) preferred.
• Two years of leadership experience and four years of direct clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical consultation to SMHC staff and masters level interns.
• Oversee documentation, productivity targets, and quality assurance for the SMHC team.
• Deliver direct clinical services to children and families in compliance with licensing and HIPAA.
