Job summary

Catholic Charities Of The Archdiocese seeks a Lead Clinician for St. Michael's to provide clinical supervision and direct client services in a Houston-area program.

The role includes oversight of the counseling team, ensuring productivity targets, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in a mental health field and Texas licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW), with 4 years of clinical work and 2 years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health field (SW, counseling, or MFT).
• Texas licensure in good standing as LPC/LMFT/LCSW.
• Four years of direct clinical services experience.
• Two years of leadership experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to clients and supervise interns.
• Give clinical oversight and supervision to SMHC counseling team.
• Ensure productivity and quality assurance targets are met.
• Maintain documentation and regulatory compliance for client records.
• Participate in meetings with staff and funder representatives.
• Deliver trainings and presentations as required by the program.
