Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with a minimum of two (2) years of child welfare related experience; transcripts required.
• Phase I Child Protection Certification training is required; provisional status until fully certified within one year.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships within a multi-county service area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all child welfare related tasks with families.
• Provide documentation and data on child welfare case activities.
• Conduct regular home visits to ensure engagement and progress of child/families.
• Adhere to data collection protocols including FSFN.
• Produce periodic reports as requested by supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
