Responsibilities

• 30% - COMMUNICATIONS & CORRESPONDENCE: Communicate with other units and add support order data and financial information to ensure distribution of collections.
• 25% - MAINTAINS & EVALUATES: Maintain case records, narratives, and caseload; identify problems and propose solutions; manage service of process and case scheduling.
• 25% - SERVICES & SUPPORT: Refer non-custodial parents to SNAP Employment and Training; interpret services to clients and community; follow agency policy.
• 20% - PREPARES CASES & INTERVIEWS: Conduct custodial parent interviews for paternity/interstate cases; protect PII and agency data; follow supervisor guidance.
