Qualifications

• High School diploma or some college.
• 1+ years of experience in case management or related role; tax resolution is a plus.
• Proficiency with case management systems and standard office software (Google Suite, MS Office).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company, guiding them through the tax resolution process.
• Assess client needs and provide personalized case management to ensure timely resolution of tax-related issues.
• Collect and review financial documents, forms, and other relevant materials from clients to support their cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including tax professionals and attorneys, to develop and implement customized solutions for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company’s case management system.
• Monitor case progress and follow up with clients regularly to provide updates and ensure their concerns are addressed.
• Educate clients about tax relief options and advocate on their behalf with tax authorities, as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulatory requirements.
