Tax Relief Helpers in Encino, CA is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support clients through the tax resolution process. This on-site role requires meticulous organization, clear communication, and a client-focused approach as you guide families and businesses toward compliant solutions.

You will gather documentation, coordinate with tax professionals and attorneys, maintain records, and educate clients about relief options while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company

Qualifications

• High School diploma or some college.
• 1+ years of experience in case management or related role; tax resolution is a plus.
• Proficiency with case management systems and standard office software (Google Suite, MS Office).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company, guiding them through the tax resolution process.
• Assess client needs and provide personalized case management to ensure timely resolution of tax-related issues.
• Collect and review financial documents, forms, and other relevant materials from clients to support their cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including tax professionals and attorneys, to develop and implement customized solutions for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company’s case management system.
• Monitor case progress and follow up with clients regularly to provide updates and ensure their concerns are addressed.
• Educate clients about tax relief options and advocate on their behalf with tax authorities, as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulatory requirements.
