Job summary

Five Star Tax Resolution in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated Case Worker to guide clients through the tax relief process and advocate on their behalf in person at our Las Vegas office.

You will conduct consultations, gather financial documents, assess eligibility, and collaborate with legal and tax teams to prepare and submit documentation to the IRS and state agencies. Maintain timely follow-ups and precise case records to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years in case management or tax resolution (preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
