Job summary

Connection House, a program of The Connection Inc. in Middletown, CT, seeks a Case Manager 1 to provide structured, client-centered case management, job development and supervision for justice-involved men re-entering the community.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED (or an Associate’s Degree) and a valid driver’s license; regular attendance is essential. 2nd shift, full-time, 40 hours, Fri-Tue, 3–11 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of related experience in the direct service and case management field or an Associate's Degree.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved men.
• Utilize a strengths-based and client-centered approach to help clients re-enter the community.
• Collaborate with Adult Services and Community Justice staff to rehabilitate and educate clients.
