The Connection Inc. is seeking a Case Manager 1 for the Connection House program in Middletown, CT. You will support justice-involved men re-entering the community with structured case management and job development, using a strengths-based, client-centered approach.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED with experience in direct service and case management (or an Associate's Degree). A valid driver’s license is mandatory, and you’ll join a team within Adult Services committed to

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related experience in direct service and case management.
• Associate's Degree accepted as alternative.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Provide structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved men re-entering the community.
• Use strengths-based and client-centered approach in daily work.
• Collaborate with Community Justice staff to rehabilitate and guide clients from incarceration back into the community.
