Job summary

The Connection Inc. is seeking a Case Manager 1 for the Connection House program in Middletown, CT. You will support justice-involved men re-entering the community with structured case management and job development, using a strengths-based, client-centered approach.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED with experience in direct service and case management (or an Associate's Degree). A valid driver’s license is mandatory, and you’ll join a team within Adult Services committed to

Position: Case Manager 1Program: Connection HouseLocation: MiddletownSalary: $22.00/hourSchedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Tuesday-Saturday (7-3p)Program Summary:Connection House is a residential work release program that provides educational and addiction services to adult males with substance use issues who are preparing to exit the criminal justice system. The three main purposes of the program are to maintain healthy recovery, secure employment, and become productive citizens.Position Summary:The Case Manager 1 will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved men as they re-enter the community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved.
