What You'll Do
- Coordinate medical care and treatment services for youth in care
- Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Schedule and coordinate routine, specialty, psychiatric, and follow-up appointments
- Assist with transportation to medical appointments as needed
- Monitor medication administration and complete weekly medication counts
- Train staff in medication administration, CPR, and First Aid procedures
- Communicate medical updates and treatment information with parents, guardians, providers, and treatment team members
- Collaborate closely with clinicians, direct care staff, families, and community partners to support positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and electronic records
- Assist with program operations and provide support coverage when necessary
- Support quality care initiatives and contribute to overall program success
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications Required Preferred
