Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Case Manager for our Baton Rouge, LA facility. You will advocate for clients, initiate intake-based case management, and ensure insurance coverage remains active through treatment.

Responsibilities include coordinating housing, financial and legal aid, arranging post-discharge supports, and leading discharge planning to ensure ongoing recovery. A strong, empathetic communicator with a service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Min. 1-year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Warm, empathetic, respectable personality.

What You'll Do
