Job summary

The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) is seeking an Analyst IV to manage DVR applications and lead IT projects. The role requires coordinating with OIT, vendors, and DVR leadership to meet federal and state reporting requirements while supervising the DVR Support Desk and ensuring continuous operations.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in IT project management, system administration, or related roles.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and ability to manage multiple vendors.
• Familiarity with federal/state reporting requirements and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DVR applications including RVR and related tools, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Lead project management efforts, coordinating with vendors, DVR leadership, and OIT.
• Supervise DVR Support Desk, set schedules, and monitor performance and training.
• Ensure 1–2 weekly in-person reporting to DVR offices and maintain service levels.
