Job summary

Housing Works Emergency & Transitional Housing Program (ETH) seeks a Case Management Supervisor to oversee day-to-day ETH case management and housing placement services at Fresh Meadows, Queens.

You will supervise 3-4 case managers, coordinate care, and ensure quality assurance across service delivery while advancing housing and reentry goals. Strong supervisory and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience providing case management or direct client service.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience working with individuals impacted by the criminal legal system or history of co-occurring disorders.
• Strong written documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of cross functional teams with other disciplines.
• Ability to think critically and creatively and exercise good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ETH Program case management and housing placement onsite.
• Collaborate with program leaders to implement policies and workflows that promote optimal functioning and goals.
• Ensure participant access to support services addressing social determinants of health including employment, education, healthcare, and housing.
• Maintain a caseload of high-need clients if needed.
• Provide direct supervision to 3-4 Case Managers onsite and assist with recruitment, onboarding and terminations.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training activities for the case management team.
