Job summary

Housing Works in New York, NY seeks a Case Management Supervisor for the ETH Program. You will oversee day-to-day ETH case management and housing placement services, supervise 3-4 case managers, ensure quality standards, and coordinate care with internal and external providers to support justice-impacted individuals.

You will drive quality improvement, reporting, and team collaboration within a mission-driven agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience providing case management or direct client service.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience working with individuals impacted by the criminal legal system or history of co-occurring disorders.
• Strong written documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of cross functional teams with other disciplines such as operations, technology, healthcare, social work, etc.
• Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, required
• Experience utilizing EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ETH Program case management and housing placement assistance services onsite.
• Collaborate with other program leaders to implement policies, procedures and workflows.
• Ensure participant access to support services addressing social determinants of health.
• Maintain a caseload of high-need clients if needed.
• Provide direct supervision to 3-4 Case Managers onsite and oversee staff.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training activities for the team.
• Perform quality assurance audits and prepare reports.
