Qualifications

• Active Child Welfare Certification or Child Welfare Supervisor Certification is required.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Florida Child Welfare statutes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the unit of case managers and ensure performance toward goals.
• On-board and train new staff; coordinate and track required training hours for certification.
• Oversee case reviews, home visits, court documentation, and data entry within required timeframes.
