Job summary

DNA Diagnostics Center in Fairfield, OH is seeking a Case Management Representative to ensure accurate intake, processing, and management of DNA testing cases in compliance with chain-of-custody requirements.

You will open samples, verify information, enter client data into the LIS, and coordinate with Laboratory Operations and Customer Service to resolve issues. Strong data entry, detail orientation, and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years data entry experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with chain-of-custody.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing.
• Strong multi-tasking and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify incoming sample packages with chain of custody.
• Input patient and contract details into LIS accurately.
• Manage case assignments and track progress.
• Prepare affidavits and final reports promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve cases.
