Job summary

Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics is seeking a Case Management Representative to ensure accurate intake, processing, and management of DNA testing cases, maintaining chain-of-custody and client expectations. The role opens samples, enters data into LIS, and coordinates with internal teams to drive timely reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years data entry experience, a high school diploma, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years data entry experience preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet production goals in a high-volume environment.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and typing skills are required.
• Knowledge of record-keeping and chain-of-custody protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify incoming sample packages, ensuring chain of custody and package integrity.
• Accurately input and audit patient and contract information into LIS.
• Manage case assignments, track progress, and determine case resolution and closure.
• Prepare and send final reports, chain-of-custody documents, and affidavits in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and provide timely, effective, and client-centered service.
• Meet or exceed productivity targets, ensuring timely case processing and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate case resolution.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures.
