Job summary

Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Case Management Director for a community hospital. This leadership role oversees the CM department, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards while coordinating discharge planning and patient care integration.

The position requires strong leadership, extensive CM experience in acute care, and the ability to manage operations across a 13-person team. A bonus incentive program, sign-on bonus, and full relocation are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's in Nursing/Health Admin preferred.
• RN or LCSW; RN preferred.
• 3 years acute care CM experience preferred.
• 2+ years CM leadership in acute care mandatory.

• Oversight into all aspects of daily hospital case management operations and is accountable for outcomes.
• Reports to Division Director of CM.
• Overseeing 13 employees (1 lead CM, 1 CMA, 2 SW, 9 RN CM - 4 are PRN).

• Oversight into all aspects of daily hospital case management operations and is accountable for achieving established outcomes.
• Reports to Division Director of CM.
• Overseeing 13 employees (1 lead CM, 1 CMA, 2 SW, 9 RN CM - 4 are PRN).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration, preferred
• (RN) Registered Nurse, or (LCSW) Clinical Social Worker, (RN) Registered Nurse preferred
• 3 years’ experience in overall acute care Hospital Case Management, preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in case management leadership in an acute care setting MANDATORY
