Carver County is seeking a Case Management Associate to support adults with serious and persistent mental illness within the Community Support Program (CSP). Under the supervision of the unit supervisor, the Case Management Associate performs supportive and adjunctive case management and community support services. This position provides services to adults experiencing serious and persistent mental illness within the Carver County Community Support Program (CSP).
