Job Description

BAE Systems is seeking an Operations Support Analyst to support a client’s operational requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area, McLean. The position requires an Active Clearance with Polygraph. There is NO exception to the clearance requirement. Successful candidates will work well in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. The position is for an intelligence analyst working directly with the customer to craft reports and assessments for senior-level decision makers.

Responsibilities Include
  • Responsible for maintaining high-quality intelligence records and providing ad-hoc support to the program’s core mission.
  • Must have experience conducting research with several databases.
  • Understanding of counter-intelligence issues, threat environment, report review process, and analysis is a strong plus but not mandatory.
  • Must be flexible with regard to hours – extended hours may be required based on customer mission.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • BA or BS Degree and 3 years of relevant work experience, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Must have an Active Intel Clearance with a Favorable Polygraph.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop using new technologies and standards.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and demonstrate initiative and creativity.
  • Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Comfortable participating in team meetings and report review processes.
  • Use relevant information and judgment to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, or standards.
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95,106 - $161,680

Note: Salaries depend on various factors including skills, education, experience, and market conditions.
