  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Review new case filings to ensure compliance with AAA policies, due process protocols, and documentation standards.
  • Input case information into case management system, scan/index documents, and verify data with colleagues and case owners.
  • Respond to filer inquiries, resolve incomplete submissions, and communicate AAA procedures clearly.
  • Create and maintain customer accounts, ensure confidentiality of case data, and escalate complex issues to management.
  • Assist with research and data maintenance projects, participate in team meetings and training sessions.

In this role, you will:Review new case filings to ensure compliance with AAA policies, due process protocols, and documentation standards.Accurately input case information into our case management system, scan and index documents, and verify data with colleagues and case owners.Respond to filer inquiries, resolve incomplete submissions, and communicate AAA procedures clearly and professionally.Create and maintain customer accounts, ensure confidentiality of case data, and escalate complex issues to management.Assist with research and data maintenance projects, while participating in team meetings and training sessions to support continuous improvement.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of legal administration and technology within a mission-driven organization.Work EnvironmentThis position offers a remote work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location.
