Job summary

Aspire Health Alliance is seeking a Residential Rehabilitation Coordinator in Quincy, MA to support adults with mental illness in a community-based home. You will advocate for clients, develop and monitor treatment plans, oversee medication management, and document progress in an electronic health record system.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work with families and guardians.
