Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Case Coordinator to manage cases under supervision. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals across education, behavioral health, and residential services.

The role involves implementing plans, documentation, and training staff, with regular team collaboration. The position features a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, on-site at our agency, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and hourly pay in a family-friendly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must meet the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Carries a caseload assigned by supervisor, with varying levels of need and oversight.
• Develops and oversees implementation of behavior, treatment, educational, or medication support plans as applicable.
• Completes all required documentation and keeps electronic records up to date.
• Facilitates or attends team meetings and communicates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participates in training sessions and supports program implementation across teams.
