Kisling, Nestico & Redick in Ohio seeks a Case Coordinator to manage day-to-day intake and case setup under the Intake Manager. You will be responsible for collecting new case data, inputting it into case management software, and ensuring timely processing.

The role involves reviewing police reports, creating client files, scanning and attaching documents, and coordinating with Attorneys/Paralegals and firm investigators.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma preferred.
• High volume phone, call center and/or law firm experience preferred.
• Must type no less than 45 WPM.
• Prior case management experience preferred.

Description

Position Summary

The Case Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of new cases. This person reports directly to the Intake Manager and acts under his or her direction.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collect list of new cases opened and input data into case management software following established procedures and turnaround time
• Locate and review police reports for accurate information
• Create client files and distribute to appropriate Attorney/Paralegal team
• Scan and attach documents to client file in case management software
• Edit documents, scan and fax
• Add providers from spreadsheet into case management software
• Interact with firm investigators and doctors’ offices
• Answer phones in a high-volume call center
• Regular, consistent, punctual attendance
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Coordination skill to operate office phone, headphones, printers and calculators. Use of computers and related software applications.
• Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• High command of English grammar, usage, punctuation, and spelling. Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and to exercise good judgment
• Strong attention to detail, organized and able to multitask and prioritize workload

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma preferred
• High volume phone, call center and/or law firm experience is preferred
• Must type no less than 45 WPM
• Prior case management experience preferred

This is a Full-time in-office position Monday - Friday
