Responsibilities

• Review case records for completion of required agency forms (case file reviews).
• Complete, manage and update approval option providers/process.
• Complete intake daily, take MnCHOICES referrals and other intake calls, explain intake process to clients and inform of rights.
• Make referrals to other HHS units or community resources.
• Perform clerical/technical functions related to social services team.
• Assist in processing contracts, SSIS agreements and voucher/MMIS entry.
• Compose correspondence and construct reports.
• Assist social workers with administrative activities related to waiver case management.
