Job summary

Bethany Christian Services USA LLC in Detroit is seeking a Case Aide to support clients in social services programs on-site. You'll provide transportation, assist with scheduling, and document interactions to help case managers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Reliable driver with a valid license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to clients to medical appointments, foster homes, and other social agencies.
• Assist with scheduling medical and dental appointments for clients.
• Draft and maintain notes from interactions and share with the assigned case manager.
• Monitor home visits with clients.
• Complete paperwork and phone calls for the case manager, as requested.
• Schedule and prioritize work duties with supervisor and other team members.
• Report transportation problems that impede timely trips.
• Attend trainings and meetings as assigned by supervisor.
• May assist with file audits and small purchase requests.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
