Job summary

The State of Wisconsin’s Division of Milwaukee Child Welfare (DMCW) in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Operations Program Associate (Case Aide). The role provides case assistance to Initial Assessment Specialists and may transport children and caregivers to appointments, as well as assist with field notes and reporting.

Starting salary is $22.76 per hour. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States; the Department does not sponsor visas.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Two years licensed driving experience required.
• Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide case assistance to Initial Assessment Specialists.
• Transport children and/or caregivers to appointments as needed.
• Assist in field with notes, observations, and preparation of reports.
• Travel to locations in high risk or underserved neighborhoods may be required.
