Job summary

Children's Wisconsin seeks a dedicated Case Aide to support Child Welfare Case Managers and leadership. The role assists clients and caregivers and helps run the Child Welfare Program operations.

The position requires strong communication, attention to documentation, and the ability to work with families from diverse backgrounds within deadlines. High school diploma is required; an associate degree in Human Services is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED or HSED required.
• Associate degree in Human Services preferred.
• Experience with diverse families strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate case records.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with agencies and community.
