Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of child welfare services, laws and community resources.
• Ability to elicit information and document case notes accurately.
• Experience using standard software for data entry and reporting.
• Familiarity with court and agency processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one instructions to clients on home arrangements and child development.
• Transport and escort clients to appointments and document case notes.
• Conduct parenting skills training and supervise visits between parents and children.
• Refer clients to community resources and participate in meetings and reviews.
• Prepare written reports and maintain organized case files.
