Job summary

Cumberland County in Carlisle, PA seeks a Case Aide to provide supportive services to agency staff and supervise visitation between parents and children. You will coordinate transportation, deliver subpoenas, and manage the Agency Substance Abuse Testing Program.

Responsibilities include obtaining birth certificates and social security cards, maintaining the clothing bank, coordinating donations, and ensuring child safety equipment meets standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public contact work in a human service setting.
• Graduation from high school or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of visitation between parents and children and of children during court hearings.
• Coordination and transportation of clients to necessary appointments.
• Delivery of subpoenas.
• Manage the Agency Substance Abuse Testing Program.
• Maintain agency emergency clothing bank.
• Collaborates with staff and providers for emergency clothing requests.
• Coordination of all community donations.
• Maintains cleanliness of visitation rooms.
• Assures Agency car seats meet current safety standards.
• Acquisition of birth certificates and social security cards.
• May attend Foundations training series.
• Attend training regarding substance abuse testing as needed.
• Performs other job-related work as required.
