Job summary

Outreach Works in Scranton, PA is seeking a Case Aide to support the Supervised Visitation team. The role assists Visit Supervisors with transportation and non‑professional duties to help families become more self‑sufficient.

Responsibilities include supervising visits, reporting outcomes, following agency policies, and attending training. Evening/weekend shifts and a valid driver’s license are required; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Knowledge of Outreach regulations and agency policies.
• Experience working with youth and at-risk populations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic database tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn Outreach regulations and agency policies.
• Participate in prescribed training programs.
• Legally and physically operate a motor vehicle for participant transportation and related duties.
• Supervise and document visits between visiting parents and their children.
• Assist SV workers and SV Team Lead with supportive services as outlined in family service plans.
• Report activity outcomes to the SV worker or supervisor.
• Work evening and weekend hours as required.
• Some documentation required; basic computer skills recommended.
• Participate in team/agency meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned; office attendance is required.
