Job Summary
- To provide supportive services to agency staff.
Essential Job Functions
- Supervision of visitation between parents and children and of children during court hearings.
- Coordination and transportation of clients to necessary appointments.
- Delivery of subpoenas.
- Manage the Agency Substance Abuse Testing Program.
- Maintain agency emergency clothing bank.
- Collaborates with staff members and providers for emergency clothing requests.
- Coordination of all community donations.
- Maintains cleanliness of visitation rooms.
- Assures Agency car seats meet current safety standards.
- Acquisition of birth certificates and social security cards.
- May attend Foundations training series.
- Attend training regarding substance abuse testing as needed.
- Performs other job-related work as required.

Minimum Requirements to Perform the Work
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.
- Must have successfully completed a Child Abuse History Clearance from the Department of Human Services (child abuse); a Report of Criminal History from the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP); and a Fingerprint-based Federal Criminal History submitted through the Pennsylvania State Police or its authorized agent.
Education
- Graduation from high school or its equivalency
Work Experience
- 2 years of experience in public contact work in a human service agency or an associate’s degree in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences or any equivalent combination of experience and training.

- Meet the minimum experience and training for the job
- Meritorious service: defined as the absence of any discipline above the level of written reprimand during the 12 months preceding the closing date of the posting
