Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Case Manager Permanency Aide to support permanency workers with tasks such as phone calls, arranging appointments, and reviewing files.

The role involves occasional transportation of children and families and data entry into Evolv, reporting to the Program Office Supervisor. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, PA driver's license, and the ability to work with diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Assist case manager permanency workers with phone calls, file reviews, and arranging appointments.
• Enter completed tasks into Evolv and maintain accurate records.
• Occasionally transport children and families as needed.
• Report to the Program Office Supervisor and complete duties as assigned.
