Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview support: assist with obtaining and verifying information for client eligibility.
• Home visit assistance: plan, schedule, and conduct home visits or accompany staff.
• Client monitoring: observe families at home, in care of children, and using public transport.
• Resource guidance: provide information, referrals, and help locate housing and community resources.
• Community liaison: act as a link between the agency and local organizations.
