Job summary

Condley and Company, LLP is hiring a Manager (5+ years experience) for its Client Advisory Services (CAS) department. This role involves guiding clients through complex accounting scenarios to add value and peace of mind, with heavy emphasis on collaboration and service quality.

The successful candidate will review payroll, ledgers, tax and reporting tasks, and lead a team to deliver accurate financial insights while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and CPA license.
• Knowledge of payroll preparation and payroll tax reporting.
• Knowledge of general ledger review and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced understanding of accounting procedures.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Pak Energy, or Sage Intacct is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll, accounts payable, payroll tax reports, sales tax reports, general ledgers, and other related accounting services tasks.
• See the big picture for clients' business, objectives, and industry; think creatively to solve business problems as well as team conflict.
• Take responsibility for service quality, thoroughness and accuracy; proactively work with clients to gather data and follow-up on open items.
• Analyze and interpret detailed information and research according to client circumstances; assess problems and issues and interpret the implications for the client.
