Cameron Park Petroleum Inc. is seeking a Car Wash Manager in Training to lead day-to-day car wash operations in Grass Valley, CA.

You will drive revenue by converting traffic, upselling services, and growing memberships while coaching staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and daily site maintenance, ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.

JOB OBJECTIVE:The Car Wash Manager in Training under training and supervision from the Carwash Supervisor is responsible for driving top-line car wash revenue while ensuring the site operates efficiently and safely. This role leads day-to-day operations, staffing, and training with a strong focus on converting traffic into wash purchases, growing unlimited/membership enrollments, and increasing average ticket through upsells, upgrades, and add-on services. The Manager in Training is accountable for meeting sales goals by actively greeting customers, recommending the best wash, and coaching the team on closing techniques and on-site promotions to build loyalty and repeat visits, while maintaining a clean, reliable, well-merchandised, and fully operating facility that delivers exceptional customer experience. A Car Wash Manager in Training is expected to work various work schedules and days with a half-hour lunch break, remain available by phone for emergencies, and be in communication with their supervisor.
