Job summary

Meijer is hiring entry-level Courtesy Team Members to support store operations and customer service. You’ll assist with cart handling, trash collection, snow removal, basic cleaning and stocking across departments. This role offers weekly pay, scheduling flexibility, paid parental leave, education assistance and team member discounts.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull heavy objects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ferry shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Manage parking lot, lawn, and store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment in winter.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Collaborate with service desk, entrances, lanes and parking areas.
• Support multiple departments across the store.
