Meijer, a family-owned retailer with a 90-year history, is hiring entry-level Courtesy Team Members in Michigan to support store operations and customer service. You’ll perform cart duties, parking lot and store cleaning, basic stocking, and assist at service desks and check lanes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role exposing you to retail tasks across store operations.
• Requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
• Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Coordinate and collect parking lot, lawn, and store trash.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment when needed.
• Perishable and salvage returns handling.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Work with service desk, entrance, lanes and parking areas.
• Collaborate with departments across Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
